Certified ISO 9001 (2015 edition), ISO 14001 (2004 edition), OHSAS 18001 (2007 edition) and AQAP 2110 at the customer's request. Based on an integrated Statistical Process Control (SPC) system, the primary goal of the QA department is to ensure that the Mecar products meet the highest level of safety and performance.

In addition to the normal dimensional inspections, Mecar is equipped to perform non-destructive inspection procedures, such as ultrasound, eddy current, magnetic particle, hydraulic pressure tests and a state of the art real time X-Ray facility.

At Mecar, there is only one standard of Quality for all our products. This standard ensures that all our products meet the performance and safety criteria of our clients.
